Ingredients for Yellow Cake: all-purpose flour, baking powder, table salt,
granulated sugar, shortening (Crisco), eggs, milk, vanilla extract. Ingredients for
Praline icing: milk, margarine, light brown sugar, powdered sugar, chopped
pecans.
This dessert was one my mother made as dessert for a church-wide Enchilada
Dinner. This dessert complements any Mexican/Tex-Mex meal. Ole!
